What we do

A published, sourced record of what each authority requires, checked item by item against what you actually hold. Every rule links to the official page it came from and carries the date it was last verified. Where a rule has not been checked recently we say so instead of stating it with false confidence. Where an application can be completed entirely online, software does all of it. Where a passport must physically reach a counter, we say that plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Who we built it for

• Travellers

  Anyone who needs an e-visa, an electronic authorisation or a consular visa, and would rather not pay an agency several hundred dollars to fill in a form.

• Permanent residents filing with USCIS

  Naturalisation and renewals, where a missing initial evidence item can now mean a denial rather than a request for evidence.

• Employers and institutions

  Organisations preparing applications for staff or students, who need the same check applied consistently across a cohort.

The problem

Applications fail on procedure rather than on merit: a missing document, a photograph against the wrong background, a date that does not match the one on a bank statement.

That used to cost a delay. Since August 2026 USCIS may deny an application outright instead of asking for what is missing, and a consular counter has always turned an incomplete file away on the spot. Meanwhile agencies charge two to four hundred dollars for work that is almost entirely mechanical.
