No. We prepare documents and check them against published requirements. We do not represent you, we do not file Form G-28, and we do not give legal advice. Where a case involves criminal history, a prior removal or overstay, unlawful presence or a waiver, we refer you to an immigration attorney rather than taking it on.

What changed in August 2026, and why does it matter?

USCIS began authorising officers to deny a benefit request without first issuing a Request for Evidence or a Notice of Intent to Deny, where required initial evidence was not provided at filing. Previously an omission usually meant a request and a chance to fix it. Now it can mean an outright denial, the loss of the filing fee, and a place at the back of the queue.

Do you mark up government fees?

Never. Embassy, consular and USCIS fees are shown exactly as the authority charges them and passed through untouched. Everything is itemised before you pay, so you can see precisely what is a government fee and what is ours.

Can you do the whole thing without me?

Accepted Answer

For an e-visa or an electronic travel authorisation, yes — there is no counter and nobody needs to handle your passport. For a consular visa a passport has to physically reach a visa office, and some authorities take fingerprints in person. We say which case you are in before you pay, rather than implying we have removed a step we cannot remove.

How current are the requirements?

Every route records the date its sources were last checked, and that date is shown to you. Past a threshold the check tells you the rules may have moved and points you at the official page. Immigration rules change without notice, and a confidently wrong answer is worse than no answer.

The free check runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. Nothing is saved unless you press save, and that button only appears after your result is already on screen.
